1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment.

2. Invoiced Payments

Payments made to businesses through invoices generated using FlowInvoice are handled directly by the business that issued the invoice. Refund requests for these payments must be directed to the issuing business.

FlowInvoice is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or chargebacks related to invoices issued by third-party businesses using the platform.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your Pro subscription, please submit a request through our Contact Support Form with your account email and purchase details.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but will not automatically result in a refund for previous charges unless eligible under this policy.
